No. It has a mesh bottom. You need a small cooler.

You could but the bottom is mesh do the ice would quickly melt into the water.

No, float does not come with a cooler, it&#39;s a float to hold and support up to a 28 quart cooler. I have one and mine works very well.

Yes includes rope to tie / connect to other floating devices. We tied ours to a river tube twice so far and has done great job!

If you will be going Cabrewing, fishing, Kayaking or doing any other activity on the water BUY the Ozark Trail Cooler Float. You have no idea how many times my friends and I have left our cooler on the bank because it was taking too much room up on the boat or taken a small cooler that couldn't carry enough drinks! When I saw this I was stoked to try it out on our next Cabrewing trip. It worked awesome it is big enough to float a full size cooler down the river so that you can have plenty of beverages on hand to last all day! I love it so much I have boat them as gifts for friends too!

I LOVE this float. I tie it to my mesh float chair and put a plastic shoe box in it. Then I use it as a "table" to hold snacks, books I'm reading, my glasses, etc. Great product for the price I paid. Not sure what they cost now. I did not put a cooler full of drinks in it, though. Don't know how it would work for that.

Great little float

I bought this  float mainly for when my family goes tubing on the river so we can carry drinks, snacks, etc.  I lucked out and got it online cheaper than in the store. Paid $3.86 for it. Well, we've used it twice so far and it has held up magnificently! It holds plenty, has rope to connect with other floats, 2 drink holders, holds air wonderfully! Has made our floating the river time much more convenient! Worth every penny! Definitely recommend!

I am posting this review as part of my entry in Walmart's Ratings and Reviews Contest. 
This is the perfect thing for a day at the lake or tubing down the river. It makes bringing your drinks with you easy. I would highly recommend this for anyone looking to spend the day on the water.

This float keeps everything nice and above water. Makes room in the main float for people. It comes with a small patch and rope to attach it to your float.

Lets face it, when would you not need this float?
If you have kids, you NEED this, just to simply keep your sanity during the upcoming long summer holiday and countless hours in the pool lake ocean or heck, hole in the backyard that your young engineer decided to dig last weekend.
For under $5 you can keep your sanity by providing for your needs with your beverage of choice. I suggest something alcoholic.

As a further thought you might need to buy 2. 1 for yourself and 1 for the kids to keep their sugar laden syrupy bottles of insta cavity, cause as sure as death and taxes they are not going to want to drink water.

Wonderful product for the price! Would be even better if it held a larger cooler. (My coolers are larger than this holds; thought this was the size of them, but needed to find a smaller one to fit this float.)
