    This is a Keto lover's dream! I have used different brands of MCT oil to meet my ketogenic diet lifestyle requirements. This is the one brand of MCT oil I would recommend to anyone who follows a ketogenic diet, a high fat low carb diet, an intermittent fasting lifestyle, or anyone who simply likes to use MCT oil for any reason. One of the main reasons you should use this product is because it contains super high quality MCT's (medium chain triglycerides) that are easily broken down by your body and almost instantly converted to energy; trust me, you will feel the difference!

    If you are someone who likes to make bulletproof coffee, this is the product for you! It has a little to no taste, it has a very clean feel when consumed, and it will give you the burst of energy most people use MCT oils for. The Bulletproof Brain Octane Oil is beneficial to use when making bulletproof coffee because it also fights cravings and keeps you feeling satisfied. Since a ketogenic diet and intermittent fasting go hand in hand for many people, this is a product that will help you from fighting with hunger during the fasting period. I use it every morning in my bulletproof coffee because it will boost your ketone levels while keeping you in a fasted state since it is purely fat!

    The Bulletproof Brain Octane Oil can also be used for cooking. However, it is recommended that you only cook with low temperatures when using Brain Octane Oil which could be a slight negative, though I would not see why anyone would need to be cooking with high temperatures with MCT oil. A huge positive about cooking with the Brain Octane Oil is that there is no taste, so it will not change the taste of the food you love! Since there is no taste, another positive note is that the Brain Octane Oil can be added to your foods to incorporate more fat into your diet without changing the taste. You can add it to salads, mix it in smoothies, or simply pour it over any food you like. It is a great way to keep your body running smoothly in a ketogenic or fasted state! The Brain Octane Oil is very convenient because you only need a tablespoon to get an extra 14 grams of high quality fat into your diet.

    The one reale negative I would note about the product is that it can be a little bit messy because it is hard to clean up and leaves an oily residue if it is spilled. However, this seems to be more of a bottle design negative than the actual MCT oil itself. I have found that poking a small hole in the top of the safety seal is a good way to keep the oil from spilling or leaking out of the bottle when you are pouring it. This is an easy fix that makes the product close to perfection, in my opinion.

    Overall, I would highly recommend this product if you are looking to get a good boost of energy, a clean feel, high quality MCT's, and keeping yourself in ketosis and feeling sharp!

    This is an amazing short chain fatty acid oil. I replaced butter in my coffee for MCT. I use it in my Cacao, too. It's tasteless. I pour a spoon over my KRILL salad. I pour it on my KIM CHI, too. I even pour it over my STEAK or Chuck Roast. And I even add it to the mayo for my Salmon salad. I know that MCT is good for the brain. I know that MCT helps your liver make ketones---fast. I add MCT to my scrambled eggs, after I cook them in Ghee. And when I have Golden Milk with Ghee, Turmeric, Saffron, Nutmeg, Cardomon, Glycine for sweetness, I add MCT. MCT is integral for a KETO diet. I don't use any fats, proteins, or carbs when I fast for three days. I then use, MCT in my Chinese soup to break the fasting---Red Onion, Scallions, and Bok Choy. And I use MCT with my probiotics, later that day. Kim Chi, and Sheep Yogurt.
    I use MCT on my Carnivore/seafood/Eggs/Goat Cheese/Sheep Yogurt feasting days, three days of the week. That's my Bow-Tie diet, Yin and Yang, Yo-Yo a Sober Diet which fasts 72 hours, takes a break with probiotics, then feasts for 72 hours. MCT is brain food.

In that month and a half that I used it, I enjoyed the metabolic benefits but my tummy hated the pain, bloating, and the daily repeated bowl-clearing bathroom trips.

    C8 MCT health benefits are great, but this one comes at a cost.

    Spoiler alert; full disclosure: this hurts my stomach so I had to switch to a C8 MCT Powder. That said, if you want to know more about this product read on. Okay, let’s talk about the Flavor. It has nearly no flavor, which is good because you can add it to a lot of different foods. That plays into its Blending Power. Dressings on salads, drizzling it over desserts, putting it in your coffee or smoothies. The health benefits of taking C8 MCT oil (the most ketogenic Medium Chain Triglycerides), or caprylic acid, are advertised to help you control cravings, jump-starts your metabolism, and helps you think better. Unfortunately for me, my stomach started getting more and more upset each day I took it. The serving suggestions say that you can start with a teaspoon and work your way up to a Tablespoon, but honestly, it never helped my situation.
