This is what my self-care Saturday routine looks like….
Sarah Chapman Skinesis Ultimate Cleanse - This luxurious balm is one of my top 5 cleansers this year, not only does it smell like a beautiful spa but l love how it turns from a balm into the most decadent milky texture when in contact with water. After use my skin feels soothed, nourished and clean.
Tropic Morning Mist - This is one of my desert island products because I couldn’t be without this beautiful refreshing mist! I find it is ultra fine and gives my skin an instant boost of hydration, highly recommend.
Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair Serum - I have been through quite a few of these serums over the years as I have always loved how it leaves my skin feeling smooth with a healthy glow.
Jurlique Herbal Recovery Cream - This lovely lightweight cream has been a must have in my routine lately as my skin has felt a little stressed. After use my face feels softer and calm.
Athletia Lip Oil - If your like me and suffer with dry lips this oil is amazing at hydrating and soothing. A true everyday essential.
Aromatherapy Associates Support Equilibrium Bath & Shower Oil - I love adding a few drops to my running bath water, filling the room with a beautiful fragrance and giving me an indulgent and relaxing bath.
Naturium The Brightener Vitamin C Brightening Body Wash - I have lost count how many of these I have purchased and this one is amazing for when my skin is looking dull, with its beautiful gel-cream texture that leaves my skin looking bright and clean.
Phlur Missing Person Body Lotion - If you love the matching fragrance you are going to love this! Bringing a touch of luxury with notes of white musk mingling with floral jasmine, neroli and soft woods whilst leaving my skin feeling soft and hydrated.

I’ve become a big fan of body oils recently so I was super excited to get two gorgeous aromatherapyassociates bottles in my advent calendars!
The scents are strong but not overpowering and an absolute treat for the senses - I come out of the shower feeling relaxed/clear of mind. Then there’s the smoothing effect they have on my skin 🥰 I have to admit to sometimes focusing on my facial skin and neglecting the skin on my body but now I feel like I’m sharing the love equally.
So use oil on your body people, your whole skin self will thank you!
