Jenna Zoe is the founder of Foods To Love, an online healthfood store selling products free from wheat, gluten, sugar, dairy and eggs. She studied nutrition in order to heal from the inside out. Determined not to feel deprived while cleaning up her eating habits, she searched for ways to make healthy foods fun and colorful. This has resulted in her quest to “healthify” all her favorite snacks and treats. She lives in central London.

    I made the Sesame crusted green beans and they were so good I made them three more times already. My next recipe to try was the Edamame dip and it's amazing. I am looking forward to making more of the recipes. They are extremely easy to follow and ingredients are very easily attainable. Thank you Jenna Zoe, these snacks pull me through long work days. I too have hormonal inbalances due to endometriosis and it's a fun healthy way to snack while helping myself heal. Thanks a bunch.

    I can't recommend this book enough.
    The recipes are delicious enough to stand up on their own, not just as an allergy/healthy alternative.
    You can now have guilt free treats and look after yourself.

    I wanted a book with healthy snacks that avoided using refined sugar, wheat and dairy produce and that's exactly what this book has. There's a great variety of different types of snacks with very good tips for making them.

    really healthy snacks made at home. There are no healthy cereal bars on the market that don't contain nasty sugars in one form or another. This book has so many great snack recipes - I make them for my kids lunch boxes. Nicely laid out with colour pictures.

    This is a lovely book, well set out with lots of useful information, tempting recipes and pictures. Unfortunately, if this is not your normal diet, then there are a lot of ingredients (many expensive) you need to purchase before beginning any recipes.

    I have only tried a few recipes so far due to the cost, but the power protein granola and spicy masala kale chips are already firm favourites.

    I would recommend this book but not to those on a tight budget.

    Some good ideas and nice looking recipes. I have not managed to get her cinnamon buns to work properly after three attempts. Perhaps she needs to specify which gluten free flour she uses. I find her use of xylitol a little heavy handed too as it seems to me to be much sweeter than sugar. However it's not all bakes goods, there are dips, canapes, snack bars and crackers. Good book for anyone wanting to make a switch away from processed snacks.
