    Schar Ciabatta Parbaked Rolls are delicious!!! A warm Ciabatta Roll, fresh out of the oven with a little butter is the best gluten free treat that I have found. The crispy crust and texture of the roll (absolutely no crumbling) can't be beat.
    We use them as hamburger buns and as the bread for many other sandwiches. Give them a try and see if you don't agree that they are the best gluten free bread product you've had in a very long time. Yummy!!! Shipping was very speedy and the rolls came through in excellent condition. Packaging was very professional & very protective. Very nice transaction all the way around.     Seriously - this is some of the best gluten free bread I have EVER had. I got a loaf in my Taste Guru subscription and I haven't been able to find them in town. You toss the rolls in the oven for like six minutes which warms and crisps them and they make perfect sandwiches or perfect anything else. I literally just put cheese and spicy brown mustard on mine and it was just heaven as a celiac. It's a bit pricey - you get five or six rolls, but most GF stuff is - so it's not an every week grocery item but it's SO worth it to have around.
