Having the same issue and on the verge of returning it due to that. I tried loosing the screw hoping there would be some exchange of air; it didn&#39;t help, only loosened the lever. Very disappointing and hoping someone has a solution.

AH-HAH! Although my inquiry to PW customer service hasn&#39;t been answered yet, I think I&#39;ve got it. While shopping I noticed other dispensers do NOT have a plastic sealing ring. Once home I found that ring removes very easily (like its not meant to be there permanently) Removing that ring allows enough air flow to have a full and steady flow. Its possible the ring is only for shipping, and I&#39;ll continue to use it for storage. I&#39;m so happy to figure this out, the piece is LOVELY and I did not want to return it.

Just bought dispenser and beverage (water) is trickling out and stopping instead of a steady  flow.  Troubleshooting tips?

I looks just like the picture.  I bought this for our Easter party which has been canceled, but I use it daily.  I fill it about half way with ice, water and some citrus fruit.  I'm happily surprised that it doesn't drip at all.

Love it! The glass is thicker than I thought it would be. Doesn't feel fragile like some of the dispensers I've looked at. Initially leaked at the spout when liquid was put into it. I tightened the nut on inside of the dispenser  and it's worked fine ever since.

Wow! It is even more beautiful in person!! Looks very high quality and vintage elegant. Also the company did an incredibly careful job packaging it so it would arrive safely. It was cushioned on all sides..I was very surprised the care they took for an inexpensive yet gorgeous item. I will make a point to buy more from this company. Would give them more than 5 stars if possible.

I love the look of this! I specifically wanted a metal spigot but didn't want to spend $40-$50 either. This was perfect! And I know I can return it with no problem at my local Walmart if I ever have an issue. I haven't even used it yet (I will on Thanksgiving!) but I already loooove the look of it!

My husband and I drink a lot of iced tea and this Adeline drink dispenser is perfect. It's very substantially made. The glass is heavy so when filled we've found that by putting the dispenser on the middle shelf of our fridge, it's easier to get in and out when refilling. So far there has been no dripping from the spigot.

I've been looking for a metal spigot because let's face it, the plastic ones are garbage. Two extra spigot rings are also included. Great purchase! You won't be disappointed.

Beautiful beverage dispenser! It has a metal spigot which is a plus point. I use it everyday for drinking water. I like this product and will recommend it to other people.

Sturdy glass beverage dispenser

The item which I have purchased came out really good. It is pretty attractive as well. However, when I filled it with water, it is dripping. I have read some reviews from previous shoppers and so tried tightening the spigot. But, it is still dripping. I would definitely give 5 stars if this dripping was not there.
