Happy International Women’s Day… A message from @mrsrodial 💋⁠ ⁠ While it’s great to celebrate one day a year, our work is done over 365 days.⁠ ⁠ I started @rodialbeauty when there was no funding for female founders and it was hard to convince people I “had it”. Even years later when the business grew and was in major stores worldwide and revolutionising ingredients with the likes of Snake Serum and Dragons Blood, I still have people ask me “Are you still doing your creams at your kitchen table?” Which I found very derogatory but you kind of ignore it and move on.⁠ ⁠ This year at The Rodial Group we are celebrating our 25th anniversary with two brands, @rodialbeauty and @nipandfab , combined over 20,000 stores globally and running a private, family owned profitable business that never took a penny of investment.⁠ ⁠ We do it our way.⁠ ⁠ So let’s all celebrate today what we achieved, how far we’ve come and continue to support one another.⁠ ⁠ Happy International Women’s Day!⁠ ⁠ #IWD #mrsrodial #rodial #nipandfab
