Incorrect order

Believe I received one pair as ordered and two pre-washed pairs to fill out the order. Requested three pairs of shrink to fit non stretch jeans. Two were definitely pre-washed.

The true original-501 jeans

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Levi's 501 Original Shrink to Fit Jeans are great jeans. That is probably why Levi's have been around for 150 years and why the old Levi's jeans are sought after. When I picked up the 501 shrink to fit jeans, the fabric felt stiff to the touch, but I really liked the lighter green color. I was surprised how well they fit when I tried them on. The waist fit snug, but not too tight - just tight enough so I wouldn't need a belt. The thighs had room but were not too baggy, and the length was spot on. These jeans were properly marked as shrink to fit. The instructions say they might shrink (up to 2 inches) if washed. I washed in cold water and let them air dry. They shrank approximately one inch in length and slightly in the waist. I'd recommend sizing up a size in both length and waist for the perfect fit after washing. The 501's allow freedom of movement through bending and kneeling but are stiffer than most jeans today. They also have a button fly, instead of zipper, which some people may not like. I'll always like the classic, stylish look of the 501 original jeans.
