Definitely feel a calming effect and also sleep better and sleep through the night, after taking the Banyan Ashwaganda powder 1/4 tsp each morning. I read about this herbal product in an article about sleep in the Daily Mail newspaper. Apparently there have been studies on it. I feel much more relaxed but in addition to that have more energy too. Some people might think why pay for "organic" on a dried powder but my answer is you can wash pesticides off the unpeeled skin of a piece of fruit, but you cannot wash and rinse a dried powder. So I want mine organic. In any case the product is lasting a long time and giving benefits. I take the smallest recommended dose: 1/4 tsp, one per day. Recommend.
