I have happily, faithfully used this in waterproof form for YEARS, since I was a teacher, then flight attendant in my twenties through mid-thirties, to now in my sixties. Not as advertised
I actually saw this on a TikTok ad and it showed his nicely it went on, how the deep purple and the deep burgundy looked on brown eyes and that it was fragrance free. In truth it takes extra care/time to get it on smoothly/evenly, you can't see either color at all and there is a fragrance to it until it dries. The scent returns when you remove the mascara. Overall it's not as good as many other brands.
New formula
I have been a long time user of this mascara but the new formula is horrible. It has gave me painful, itchy, dry, swollen, red, crusty eyes. Trying to find different brand that isnt produced by Loreal.
Small changes
I have been using this mascera but in black since I was 12yo (In my 30s now). I love Loreal mascera especially this tube. I wanted to try something a little softer. Hoping to find a light Bronze/Brown but all the browns look too dark for what I was seeking. I was intimidated by the color, but I tried it. I did apply the Loreal primer first and let that dry, then i applied the burgundy mascera. I can see a little color that's not overwhelming, but what I love is how it compliments my light brown eyes making them more vibriant. I had people notice and tell me they love it and it brings out my eyes. I will say that this will be my new go-to.
