Me and my family are in love with this stuff and between us go through a tub a month! It's super yummy and highly addictive on toast or rye bread with bananas! We also use it for baking, on crackers and in smoothies. It's creamy, delicious and only has one ingredient - almonds - unlike some other brands that add sugar or salt. It's my go-to healthy snack for my 5 year old daughter who loves it on crackers with bananas when she comes home from school.
When you first open it don't be freaked out by the oil on the surface - this is normal! Give it a really good stir with a knife to mix in the oil and make sure that the spread at the bottom is mixed in - otherwise it can go a bit hard at the end. I find that one really good mix when you first open, with the odd stir here and there does the job.
Also the lids a bit flimsy, so I always wrap it up in a plastic bag if I'm travelling anywhere with it. Not a reason not to buy it though, the taste and texture well make up for it! :-)
