Has 1 USB only plays pictures and music, will not play videos. Slideshow feature is 1/2/4/10secs - way to fast. Needs to be at least 30secs.

all you have to do is look at the connector type in  the spec. section

120hz is an effect you enable by turning on MEMC in the menu of the TV. 720P is showing because you're giving the TV a 720P signal. Make sure you supply the TV with a 4K 2160P signal and the TV will display the resolution accordingly.

This item has a maximum resolution of 3840 x 2160 and a 120Hz refresh rate.

It will display 4k if you have a 4k device. I recommend the roku 4 to get true 4k content.

Yes, it has a HDMI 2.2 port (two of them) for 4k input. It will take the samsung UHD signal.

NEWS FLASH !!** Most tv broadcast, cable transmissions, and dvds are not broadcasting in 4k yet. Just because everyone is on this 4k hype wagon doesn&#39;t mean you will see 4k broadcast. The tv will only show what whatever the transmission is all the way up to 4k. But in reality most broadcast are 720 or 1080 and at 60hz So while you are ahead of the game with a 4k tv.. It will be a while before it will become a normal thing. But it it Human nature to buy the Newest and Biggest thing. Remember 3D and Blu Ray? how often are they used now? But this is a Great Price from a good tv maker ( Have 2 Sceptres with no problems so far) . Id say get this TV but dont expect 4K all the time.

Most 4k TVs up-convert lower resolution input such as 720p or 1080p to 4k. The conversion process from 1080p usually creates a much clearer image than a standard 1080p display. Though it is generally not as good as direct 4K input I have found it much better than watching an older 1080p display of the same size. Sometimes it seems like movie quality.

The Product i am looking at Yes is 4k output, when your source is 4k input i.e. 4k blu-ray, or designated 4k program. The TV clearly states 60Hz refresh. Which is fine unless your playing fast moving video games.
