Sharp somewhat flexible but super sharp
This is the old reliable of steak knives. It gets the job done with the serrated blades. You can do worse. I would call this a terrific set of starter knives.

Most amazing knives!
They remain sharp for months on end. I have spent a lot of money on knives. These were recommended to me by many of my friends. They are also lifetime users of Henckels knives. Im impressed with the quality of the knife.
