We crafted this blend especially for athletes in need of effective muscle recovery so that they can get to their next tough workout without soreness or injury. Our signature pure Epsom salt ingredient works on muscle soreness while also softening your skin. Not only can you use this salt soak in the bath, you can also blend it with your favorite Dr Teal’s body wash to create a luxurious exfoliant for your skin. Dr Teal’s Pure Epsom Salt Soaks are paraben-free, phthalate-free, cruelty-free, and vegan.

Use 2 cups of Epsom salt for a standard-size bathtub filled with warm water. Pour the salt into running water to help it dissolve faster into the bath. Soak in the tub for at least 12-15 minutes but no longer thans 20 minutes.  Check with your doctor about how long and how often you should soak if you have any medical conditions or concerns

my husband and I are tennis players and we absolutely love using this after playing tennis it really does help relax your muscles and ease stiff sore tension in the muscle I definitely recommend using this if you have stiff sore muscles or just an achy body soaking it for 15 minutes and you come out of the bath feeling wonderful

I really liked the menthol smell and felt great after soaking, it reduced muscle aches and general soreness in back.  I would recommend this product!

Can put on a direct area and it's like a treatment. If you out a lot in the bath it will feel cold where the salt was the menthol is that strong.  I use a little in bath then rub it directly on sore areas during %26 after

This is like icy hot but in bath salt form. After a long workout or a day of yardwork, I can literally sit in the bath for 30 minutes with this stuff. 

I will say if you use as much salt as they tell you to, you will feel very cold getting out of the bath due to the icy hot effect.

My favorite flavor from the brand

The menthol feeling does help with muscle soreness but almost makes you feel cold in a warm bath so plan accordingly!

I think this is expensive, but I cut it with plain epsom salt to decrease the amount that I need.  The menthol definitely cools your feet (and ankles).  Great smell.  Both my husband and I use it after long days on our feet or hard workouts.

about the episode that has for the sleep I have a really hard time sleeping and it really helps me to fall asleep so that's a plus for me. the other one is for the sore muscles I get a lot of leg pain and it kind of took away some of the arthritis pain for me it didn't take it all the way but it was not as bad
