Hello! If you're interested in placing an order, kindly message me with the following information:
- the theme you're interested in
- the name / word / letters
- any requested letter designations
- your event date.
My current lead time is about 3-4 weeks for themes already listed in my shop, though sometimes I can accept requested orders for earlier dates, if I'm already working on another order in the same theme being requested. For custom themes, not listed, the lead time is about 4-5 weeks. This varies throughout the year, more or less. Please get your order requests in as soon as possible!

- Custom links are only active for 48 hours.
- Quotes are only valid for 7 days

4 out of 5 starsOnly giving this 4 stars because the letters with the mask and claws had defects. Both the claws and mask were bent most likely due to the way they were packed. Not noticeable from a distance but for the price I paid I am a little disappointed.

I’m so sorry to hear your order arrived damaged, Jonathan. I did package your order, as I do all of my orders, very securely with bubble wrap, cardboard dividers, and packaging paper - but sometimes damage can still happen in transit. I’m always happy to assist in any way I can, but I need to be notified upon receipt and with images. Unfortunately, this order was delivered 2 weeks ago and I’m only just now seeing that there was damage, from what you noted in this review.
