It was an unforgettable show with an incredible star. I can't wait to see another show.
She is a remarkable singer with an incredible voice of such brand range and styles. She is now one of my favorite artists. the concert was fantastic!!!
Parking was easy, a short walk to the venue was uneventful. Our seats were excellent, only 4 or 5 rows from the stage. The concert was very good, Lara has an excellent voice.
I love Lara Fabian!!! She is one of the greatest performers / human being I have ever seen. Seeing her perform “Malade” live, was an experience of a lifetime.
Lara was fantastic. However the performance was a little lacking she was dressed in a full length white overcoat she looked like a white brick. The back up singer were showcased a little to much. They were dressed like Pilgrims? The lighting effects were done very poorly. Some times they would shine right in you face. Lara is probably the best female singer in the world. To bad they didn't put on a better performance.
Was expecting more of a "performance". Amazing voice, but the stage presence was really dated.
Lara Fabian, a fabulously talented vocalist was, unfortunately, surrounded by synthesizer accompaniment (far too loud and canny sounding) and corny disco lighting that blinded the audience. She was great but, everything else except the backup singers was unnecessary.
Lara Fabian is one of my favorite artist. Her show was fantastic! She sang a lot of her hit songs that everyone loves. She is also a great storyteller describing her journey throughout her career. Terrific show from beginning to end!
The Beacon Theater is beautiful, but the Lara Fabian concert there was disappointing. The floor level backstage lighting was extremely harsh, far too bright and made looking at the stage from the balcony very difficult. I was covering my eyes with my hands through much of the show. The sound production was also very disappointing. Lara Fabian's amazing voice was overwhelmed by loud bass driven synthesized electronica background music that would have been more appropriate for a Cher concert. Even her talented trio of backup singers were miked too loud. The best part of the concert was the encore which was performed a capella so the annoying background music didn't interfere. Lara Fabian's magnificent voice would be better served with subtle music such as strings and reeds. The a/c also wasn't cool enough.
