My wife and I received a sample of this Dagoba milk chocolate bar when visiting our health food store recently. I'm more a fan of dark chocolate than milk, but I was quite impressed by the rich chocolaty taste of this bar and its really smooth texture. It was much better than I had expected. According to the label, it's 37% Cacao, which seems about the right percentage for a milk chocolate. Here's the label's statement regarding its being organic: "Sourced from Dual-Certified Organic and Rainforest Alliance Certified Farms."
