Almond oil is the only solution I have found to dealing with years of problematic atopic dermatitis. Doctors tried for years, prescribing me steroid creams, light therapy, oatmeal baths, organic fragrance free / chemical free bath products, special lotions and all sorts of things to help my condition clear up, and none of the did much to help. I finally decided to try putting on oil after bathing. At first I used sesame, which seemed to help a little, but once I began using almond oil, over a short period of time, my rashes cleared up and stopped happening. There are several brands I have used, and this Viva Naturals brand has been one of the best and most economical. Great product!

I purchased this Sweet Almond Oil for Skin and Hair by Viva Naturals to use in my homemade bath bombs and lip balms. This is a high quality great multi-purpose product. It came very nicely packaged in a 16 ounce bottle with a push top that dispenses the correct amount and prevents waste and spills. This 100% pure, unscented, food grade safe, hexane free, undiluted sweet almond oil contains no added ingredients. It works great on my very sensitive skin and causes on redness or irritation and it is sealed inside for safety. It contains Vitamin E which is very nourishing for your skin and is made with top grade almonds. It can be used alone or as carrier oil with other essential oils and has so many uses. I like to use it on a cotton ball to remove mascara and other makeup. Also a bit dabbed just on the outside of the ear will soothe an earache in a more natural way. I love to use this on my nails as my nails are very brittle and crack easily due to an autoimmune issue. I rub it right onto the cuticles after I do my nails and my nails stay healthy. Also I sometimes add a few drops to my hair conditioner, body butter, hand lotion, shaving lotion, and moisturizer and it works really well. I also use it by itself on the ends of my hair for shine and body, after hand washing, on my legs after shaving, and sometimes just a drop or two on my face for extra hydration and softness. I highly recommend this very versatile oil!

I've been so happy with this Oil. It meets my standards, is amazing for skin and hair. It's also the best eye make-up remover I've used. I have used this for well over a year and I get compliments all the time on my skin. For my age, I have very few wrinkles and I give Almond Oil part of the credit for keeping my skin healthy and well hydratded. It is just amazing at keeping your hair free of split ends, and makes your hair healthy, shiny, and so soft!

if you have purchased sweet almond oil in the past and liked it, you will like this one too. Its a super nice slick and clean feeling oil. I enjoy using it in handmade soaps, adding a few drops into my all natural shampoos, as a carrier oil for body oil sprays and roll-on fragrances.

I use this oil for my hair and skin and the results are great! I usually leave it on over night with a plastic cap on for an overnight hot oil treatment. My hair has been softer and more manageable since I started using it. My kids love to use it too! Their hair looks healthier and has fewer flyaways. It's great for loose curls and tightly coiled ones.

This oil is fantastic for massages! The body just absorbs the oil without it feeling greasy or gross afterwards. Your skin feels nourished and soft, instead. The oil also spreads well and lasts a long time without having to reapply - making it the perfect massage oil! Would buy again

I've been using almond oil on my hair and face for about 10 years. The company I buy from is no longer available. This oil feels, tastes, and smells like olive oil. I'm sure there is some almond oil in it but it's mostly olive oil. Not to mention after putting it on my face real almond oil is a carrier oil that sinks in and leaves no residue. This oil stays on the skin and feels like I rubbed mineral oil on my face. I had to wash it off after leaving it for about a half hour. I just can't recommend this oil.
