Long time fan of this particular flavor from Dagoba. Try to follow Andrew Weil's recommendation of a business card sized amount per day for the antioxidant effect. That more or less equals 1/2 of a Dagoba bar. "Eclipse" is not as bland as baker's chocolate, but isn't terribly sweet, either - just right. An acquired taste for some, but it works great.
This has become hard to find in my local stores for some reason, so it's great i can buy this many at once - or buy twice the order. It freezes well so keeps its freshness, and my partner also taught me to refrigerate out of the freezer or out of the box.
Hope this continues to be available for a long time - it's tasty, has great texture, and word has it that it's even healthy.
