Marillion Tickets

Marillion remain one of the best bands out there, and this three-day weekend with three completely different setlist of songs showcases why. The performances were perfect and the group still remain an innovation force. How many other bands that have been releasing recordings since 1982 would generate such an excited positive buzz from the audience when playing their recent 20th album, An Hour Before It's Dark, live in its entirety from start to finish? It was the highlight of quite an amazing series of shows! The performances, the staging, the lighting, the bond between the audience and the band - no other artists come close to what this band gives. If you haven't seen Marillion before, see them now and then see them often. Here's hoping for a new Marillion tour soon that takes them to the US West Coast.

I first saw Marillion live in 1992 and these three shows in Montreal for Marillion Weekend 2023 were my 11th, 12th, and 13th times seeing them. They never disappoint and always perform at a high level. I knew the setlists going into the shows and they weren't playing much material that would be in my top 20 favorite Marillion songs, however the shows were some of the best I've seen including many gems and wonderful songs that open themselves up to me in a live setting. Songs that hadn't spoken to me before now did. There were tears, and smiles, laughter, and wonderment. What a crowd as well! I can't wait for the next Marillion Weekend as the 7-hour round trip from the States is more than worth it!

Marillion weekend Montreal has been super. The venue also helps as it creates a great atmosphere. Loved every minute of it. Hope they'll be back for many years.

Every now and again you might be fortunate enough to get in on something rare and special. It's as if you get an inside tip, and a special door opens allowing you into a magical experience that very few will ever get the chance witness. For three incredible nights, in an intimate setting, surrounded by friends; this group of talented musician-poets wisk you away to such a place. For 44 years Marillion have quietly produced a catalog of the most melodic prog rock songs ever recorded. Incredibly they are recording their strongest music right now. The last three albums have become instant classics and top 5 of anything they have done. For three magic nights the they played, sung, entertained and simply joined 3000 fans in a culmination of everything that is pure in music. Each night a different setlist with a mixture all time favorites, wonderful new music and gems from the past. I have seen them live for over 33 years, and they simply get better each time. The 2023 Montreal Weekend was as perfect a performance as they have ever given. The joy the exude on stage is radiated back from the crowd. The overall experience moves many to tears, fits of joyous laughter, and moments of reflection. As stated in the title I always leave a Marillion show with a longing for more, but a feeling of gratitude for the gift I have enjoyed. If there is to be no more, it had been enough to satisfy me forever.

Marillion Weekends are special things. This was my third such excursion, to Montreal's L'Olympia Theatre, a beautiful, 100-year old venue. Not much seating, so bring your good, comfy shoes! As for the band, they were in great form, and Steve H's voice was excellent, as always. Wonderful set lists, fantastic light and video (thanks, Yenz! I stood by the sound/light boards, and got to enjoy their handiwork in addition to the music).

This band knows how to put on a show. What a stunner over three days. Best fans, best group, best time. Venue was pretty good too.

Marillion always put on a hell of a show. This was my 1st Montreal Weekend. The love both the fans and band have here is something else. 3 nights of musical heaven. The venues choice of beers were horrid tho...

No other band treats their fans this well. Awesome show!

Marillion never disappoints. Three nights and three different shows. Each one was better than the next. The L’Olympia is a very nice theater and the staff are friendly. Nice place to see a show.
