I think this lip balm worked wonderfully and makes my lips feel so good and moisturized. I really don't understand the bad reviews on this. My bottom lip cracked so I bought this to try and it healed my cracked lip right up. This balm feels very good moisturizing and hasn't caused any issues for me. I will keep using!

My cat hides them and I run out quickly. My kids don't like peppermint, so they like the two conditioning balms that come in the pack, and they don't have to use mine! Win win!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ultra Conditioning Lip Balm with Kokomo butter goes on like silk. My lips stay dry during the winter. I can see me using this product because it moistened my lips, and it is a hypoallergenic product that won't irritate my skin. It has a light scent and doesn't taste nasty if your tongue touches the product. Overall this product is excellent in its claim of ultra conditioning and I would recommend this product.

Lasting Moisture

I have always used Chapstick's until this last order Of Burts bees. It stays on the lips much longer than the other products and does a very good job of leaving the lips feeling moist. I would definitely recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This balm is the bomb. It left my feeling so nourished. The kokum butter is so rich and left my lips very soft. I love that it gives my lips a matte finish. All 100% natural and made with beeswax so it's hypoallergenic and anyone can use it.

I have used Burt's Bees for at least sixteen years.
I saw the Burt's Bees Ultra Conditioning Moisturizing Lip Balm. I thought I would try this thinking it would be even better than the Vanilla Bean I had been using.
I looked at the front of the package and saw "Rich in butters and oils that hydrate and condition dry lips". I was convinced after reading this to try it.
I opened the lip balm and put some on. The smell of Citronellol was overwhelming. It made my lips feel awful! I wiped it off but had to actually wash my lips with soap and water to get rid of the smell!!
Citronellol is in Citronella oil which is commonly used in candles and sprays to repel insects. If you can imagine getting any of the vapor from the candle or spray on your lips, this is what it was like!
The product actually made my lips dry and burn a bit.
I wish I could give the lip balm a -10 on this review.

This is the worst chapstick I have ever used, and I use chapstick multiple times a day. When I started nursing I was getting very dehydrated and my mom bought me this because of the "ultra moisturizing". For about a month I couldn't figure out why my lips were getting worse and worse until I completely stopped using it and started using a lanolin based lip balm that I purchased at a knitting convention. After two days use of my new chapstick my lips were completely back to normal. I honestly didn't really connect the two since I wouldn't ever have imagined that a product intended to fix my problem would severely make it worse. I accidentally used this chapstick again last night and when I woke up my lips were swollen, severely chapped, and hurt for the rest of the day. DO NOT BUY THIS!! I'm severely disappointed that this company has continued to sell this product after so many bad reviews and complaints about the same thing! This needs to be discontinued!!! This picture is of me using the Burt's Bees on top and 2 days of using the new lanolin chapstick on the bottom picture.

DO NOT BUY - WORST CHAPSTICK I'VE EVER USED!

Would not recommend! My lips were slightly chapped Sonia bought this product and used it for maybe three days. Now my lips are chapped, flaky, itchy like a burn, and I have cracks and rashes on both sides of my mouth. This product basically gave me a chemical burn on my mouth. Do not use!
