Overall this is a great hoverboard, i bought the hoverboard that was covered in candy and it looked so cute. this hoverboard comes with the charger (works) and it has the bluetooth feature that works great. the price is affordable and the hover board works just fine!!

Overall

Ordered this Hoverboard for Christmas never bothered to take out of the brown box it was shipped in, just wrapped the brown box.  Christmas morning my son opened it and I noticed that it didn't have the blue tooth. My son was excited to ride on it so I let him. Before the day was over, the Veevok they sent me has quit working and I've got a very upset boy.  HAI will be hearing from me first thing in the morning. If your going to substitute a product at least make sure the thing works longer than 5 hours!

I would not order from this company.  My son opened this on Christmas. Went to charge it and it did not work at all. I emailed them to tell them what It was doing. They sent me back some trouble shooting to try.  We tried it and it still didn't work. I emailed them again to tell them that and how do we go about replacing this item. They have not since responded to me. I called Walmart and thankfully Walmart refunded me for this purchase and also said they have had trouble with this company before.

Very dissatisfied, charger would not work Walmart issued a full refund from company after making several attempts to contact company. No now my daughter is out of a Christmas present that she absolutely loved....very disappointed in this company

This is the second one we have purchased from this company and the first one works great and my son loves it. The second one we bought as a Christmas gift for our daughter. We got a tracking number but no info available for 3 weeks. Then it showed up. We unwrapped 8t and put it under the tree on the 24th. My daughter woke up and plugged it in. She had been waiting for 3 years to get one.  It beeped and then did nothing. Won't take a charge. I now have to try to get this company to help me and since they wouldn't return my emails or phone calls about why the took my money but couldn't tell me where it was I'm not looking forward to dealing with them. Daughter devastated and Christmas ruined. I will never order online with these people again

Don't order from this company!! I ordered one for my son for a Christmas present. They took my payment out my right away and received a shipping tracking number right away and was impressed. But come to find out they sent it to the wrong address and wrong state. I've called and emailed this company numerous times and no response. Walmart customer service tried to do the same and got the same response so they issued me a refund asap..

Don't order from company

If zero stars would have been an option, that's what I would've put!  My sons were so excited to open this Christmas morning and it will NOT charge!  I have called this bogus company and emailed them several times with no response!!  I have sent walmart to let them know.  I certainly hope they stop selling this product through this company as I am seeing this has happened to so many! And I am hoping walmart will take of the issue!!  We don't want a replacement, we want a full refund so we don't have to mess with this company EVER again!!

The ordering process went well in October and we received the item ordered. However, one of the sides did not work so you could only go in circles. We called and talked to a very nice person who emailed a return label and assured us they would send out a replacement as soon as they received the defective one. A few weeks went by and we were notified by our credit card company of a refund. We have called and emailed multiple times to find out why a replacement was not shipped. We have received no response or follow up communication from H.A.I. Our guess is that since they raised all the prices for Christmas, they chose to sell the one they assured me was in stock for the higher price and simply refund my money. Very disappointed in their customer service after the initial phone call to return & replace. So the hunt continues for a hoverboard for our VERY DISAPPOINTED birthday boy.

Bought for my son for a Christmas gift.....he was so excited to get it. Unfortunately, that soon turned to disappointment when he discovered it would not charge! I am so upset. This was his main gift and it looks like it's not going to be the easiest to get a replacement!
