My daughter love this thing, she presses the buttons and clap her hands and bounce to every song. I wish It was the girl robot but either way it's a great toy.

Great toy

My grandson loved it.  The product engaged him with bright lights and song before we could get it out of the box.  Once we opened it he very curiously went on exploration.

The quality was good.  The lights were enticing and the music was appropriate and entertaining.

I got this toy for my 2.5 Yr old son. At first he was scared of the doll, but then he started playing with the buttons. He loves the music and the lights. The only issue I have is the mat should have been a little bigger to allow both the parent and child to dance. Also another issue was my son got bored of it after playing with it for around 10 minutes. He took the mat and placed it back on the box, indicating that he is done playing with it. This was given to my almost 1 year old daughter as a Christmas present because she loves to dance. I've been trying to figure it out ever since because as cute as it is and as much as I could see her enjoying it, it's not doing what it's supposed to. The Beat Bo character in the middle is supposed to “do things” when baby bats at it but so far, it doesn't do anything but twirl around. The mat is supposed to “sense” where baby is and it hasn't done that either so I gave it a try thinking maybe it's not enough weight but it still doesn't work. The only thing that this toy does do is, if you press the buttons it does what it's supposed to do. Still not very happy being that she would otherwise love this toy but she can't be bothered to press buttons with her hands and then get back up to dance..

I don't know what to think..

This was a Christmas present for our one year old, and we were very disappointed about it. We thought the robot was broke because the "sensor" didn't work. Got another one...same thing. The robot does not interact. Don't waste your money. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Disappointed

My son got this as a gift for his birthday. The motion sensors only work if you touch them. He seems to really like it but I pretty well HATE it. He dropped a cup on it that spilled juice. I want to take the fabric piece off to wash it and I can't. You can take the screws off the bottom and you THINK you can take the fabric piece off, NOPE! There are several (between 8 and 10) clips that can not be removed without breaking them off. For a toy that costs $40.00 I would expect there to be instructions on how to take it apart so it can be cleaned. Spot cleaning isn't a good option because it can't be rinsed properly and it would really prefer not letting my 14 month old have that much contact with soap. I'm very disappointed with it.

Not my favorite

Disappointed in product. Title suggests that it is a "dance mat", when in reality the mat does nothing.
The attached figure is sturdy, bright yet does not engage the child for long.
The square base of the figure  has four push plates that lights up the underside of the square base while the mat is thin enough for the lights from the base to show through.
Not as interactive as I first thought.

Misleading Title

This toy looked like a lot of fun in the box. My granddaughter loves music and lights. What makes no sense is the little robot thing in the middle that does absolutely nothing. It could at least spin or anything to the music or lights on the dance pad. Needless to say it's not something she likes to play with and I'm sorry I bought it.
