The first item I received from Electromaster (seller), had a small defect in the item. I contacted them right away and I received a response within 48 hours. They promptly sent me a new one and didn't ask for anything in return. The excellent customer service in itself deserves 5 stars! Thank you Electromaster. As for the quality of the product, for a $3.00 iPhone case, you get what you pay for. It's pretty sturdy, but not perfect. I dropped my phone once, and it saved it from cracking. There is now a small crack on the case where I dropped it, but it saved my phone from cracking so I am happy. The paint has started to chip a little in the corners...but for $3.00..I'm not complaining. It can only hold one drivers license and 1 credit card. You can shove three total in there, but that will cause the case to bulge. Overall, a pretty decent case for chump change.

Works for me..update
Well, all I can say is that this case works for me. I can slip in my driver's license and two debit/credit cards. It's a little difficult to get a card out of the slot, but that just means that they are very secure and won't slip out. This case, along with a few other iPhone apps, has enabled me to replace my wallet with my iPhone. So far it's working great. Update (10/18/11): Well, I still like the case, but just like another reviewer noted, the "tab that creates the pressure to hold the cards to the back cracked, and now can no longer keep my cards from jostling around." I now have to keep 4 cards in the slot in order for them not to slip out. Even with this problem, I'm going to order it again because I don't know of any other case for this price that snuggly fits 3 cards.
