Snatch this up before it's gone! Stila is discontinuing this gorgeous palette. I have a makeup problem and palettes are my weakness. I have been limiting myself to what I see as the "best of the best" and this acquisition did not disappoint.
The textures of the shadows are beautiful, pigmented and creamy, and the color range is on point.
- Bare is the perfect cream matte highlight for the brow bone.
- Kitten is the perfect shade for the inner corner. It is a shimmery, pinky cream color. I also like it on the lid, particularly when paired with Bubbly on the outer 2/3 and Sunset in the crease.
- Bliss is a mid-tone brown with pink undertones. It great transition color and also a good lid color for an all matte look, when pared with sandstone.
- Sunset is a rose-gold. I love Sunset either on the lid or in the crease.
- Sandstone is a matte brown. This shade is perfect for deepening the crease or for use as a liner.
- Bubbly is a beautiful gold that is not too orange.
- Gilded Gold is similar to Sunset and Bliss. It is darker than bliss and also has gold glitter, whereas Bliss is matte. It is more matte than Sunset, which is a shimmer. I think it plays well with a lot of the shadows and works well as a crease shade either on its own or used with sandstone for a deeper look (but not as deep as sandstone by itself)
- Night Sky is a cool steel grey with a touch of blue. You can do a cool smokey eye with this color on the lid and ebony in the crease. Kitten is the perfect highlight.
- Ebony is an almost black.
Also included is a Smudge Stick eyeliner in damsel. It is a great, deep brown that is almost black but not quite.... This smudge stick is very creamy and soft so don't press too hard when you apply it. Before it sets, you can smudge it but once this liner dries it will not budge.
The packaging is cardboard and a nice color. The packaging includes a nice-sized mirror and the magnetic closure is strong enough to keep the palette closed. I think this would be good for travel, as the size is great to fit into most makeup bags. Only negative is that some of the pans were crooked, but that is pretty minor.

My go to palette!!
This is one of my all time favorite palettes. Kitten is one of the best selling shades which is also one of my favorites along with bubbly, which is a beautiful champagne color. It also has a really pretty transitional shade called bliss. This a very versatile palette. You can go from a very neutral daytime look to a deeper smoky eye for night time. And for those fun days you can have a pop of blue. The pigmentation of these shadows is awesome. Definitely worth purchasing

If I had received the Stila In The Light palette I might have liked it but I received a fake version. The shade Bubbly looks just like the shade Gilded Gold. The shades Bare and Kitten also appear to be the same color.
