I like how the bags are color coded with the yellow and blue make green seal, letting you know your contents are fully secure. Has a double zipper seal to lock in freshness and to keep liquids contents in. Did some vigorous shaking (more than you would have at normal use) and liquids stay in the bag for the most part Wish it was two single row zippers instead of one row with fused double zipper..but that may take up too much space?? For some reason I feel that would be more secure due to high quantity of rows. But for the most part it works as intended. Closing is super simple with the color indicators, but opening is another story. Maybe I've been spoiled by the Ziploc brand easy open grab tabs, but at times I have to do multiple finger swipes on these bags to get a good grip on one side to open the bag. Maybe if one side has a raised plastic or borrow the design from Ziploc. This is not a deal breaker as you'll dig into your food eventually, but Ziploc found a way to more conveniently open sandwich bags Base plastic is sturdy. Able to withstand very light stabs from a sharp object. No need to worry about plastic being punctured if you have Tupperware with slightly sharp corners in your lunch box. Opposite situation holds true like if you have nuts, bolts, screws from within the bag Product is BPA-free and microwave safe. No need to get an extra plate, and BPA free saran wrap. When microwaving, make sure you don't fully seal the bag as you don't want steam rushing out of the bag and burning yourself when you open it. Overall very good storage bags

    I regularly buy these bags when they go on sale. If you watch for the sale you can get these for between a penny to two cents per bag and they are worth it. This makes them the same price as the fold top baggies but the zipper on these is great for the price. The plastic is also a little thicker than other sandwich bags I’ve tried. So even though I probably shouldn’t, if I need to throw something in the freezer for a few days or even a week or two I’ll use these over some of the more expensive bags. Works fine for things like bacon or chicken nuggets. Gets a little extra frost in them but doesn’t affect flavor or cooking.
