More and more I'm using the subscription services that Amazon has, and since there are 6 in our family, plus we ALWAYS have at least 2 friends over, this Angel Soft 48 roll carton at just over $19.00 is a good deal. We have it sent to us every other month - which seems perfect... we haven't run out yet! I was a little worried when both of our daughters came home from college, and we had even more friends over every day, but the 48 rolls has been enough for 2 months.
Angel Soft is a good toilet paper - it has 2-plys, with 264 sheets per roll in the double rolls. The double rolls fit in the TP roll holder perfectly. Some brands have 3 ply, and I guess that's okay, but we're fine with the 2-ply. It gets the job done - no one has complained or asked for a different brand, and it isn't linty like some brands, nor is it at all scratchy.
We have 2 1/2 bathrooms in our home, and the carton we buy is divided into 12 packages of 4 rolls. We always have enough for all of the bathrooms, and because each carton is divided into pks of 4 rolls, I don't worry about clean rolls sitting on the bathroom floor. We have 1 on the TP holder, and 3 on the shelves - so no one is going to run out, and guests won't have to call out and ask for a new roll! That's so embarrassing! I want to be a good host and always have TP when people need it! In a room that's not always exactly a "fun" place to be, it should at least be comfortable - so a good TP is key... along with magazines and a Sudoku book! Might as well do something while you're in there! LOL!
I give Angel Soft 5 stars for softness and quality!
Update:
We continue to get Angel Soft, and continue to be very happy with the quality and softness of this brand. We stopped S&S for a time when I inadvertently got two orders too closely together at a time when we didn't have as many people in the house, now we have even fewer! But we're going to go back on S&S - it's just easier not to have to think about when it's going to come, or whether we're going to run out!
Still very highly recommended!

General purpose TP. Does its job!
This toilet paper is inexpensive and durable. The cost is comparable to that of what you find in store. I found the price using prime pantry makes it even cheaper. Dimensions can be seen in the photos attached.
