- Reviewed in the United States on August 8, 2012The item works, but is not ideal. I initially had some issues with getting the package and the only reason I am rating it a 5 is because the seller was very helpful and kept close communication with me. In reality, you get what you pay for and the item is good for casual gaming, but seems to have some sync issues from time to time. Obviously, this is not Nintendo grade/quality, but I knew that before I purchased, so I wasn't expecting the same quality.
If you're a casual gamer, this is a great price for a working product.
If you're a serious or "hardcore" gamer, this product is probably not for you.
- Reviewed in the United States on July 25, 2011if you dont wan't to spend much money on the original controller but you demand the same quality, this is the one you need to buy, the only litle thing is that don't comes with pakage, but that is no important to me, is brand new with only a bag. and works wonderfuly, I only sense one small diference in the pointing angle, but you get use in no time.

- Reviewed in the United States on January 8, 2013I wanted another Wii mote for my new wii, as I only had two and I knew I was going to have a lot of friends who would love playing with me. Wii motes haven't gone down any since they first came out, and I don't think they will. They're 40 bucks, and anyone on a budget (especially college students) can't really afford that. When I found this remote, I was very pleased. It looked exactly like the original (which is what I wanted. If I was going to get a knock off, I wanted something that was like the real thing). The reviews all seemed positive, and it had pretty good ratings. For 10 dollars plus 7 dollar shipping, I couldn't pass it up. After receiving the remote, I was very pleased with it. Both the remote, nunchuck, and silicone cover look identical to the real thing. The plastic that they are made out of is a little cheaper, and the silicone cover isn't quite as a nice, but for it being so cheap, I didn't even expect it to be this nice. As far as I can tell, it works really well with my Wii. I don't understand why people are complaining about syncing the remote... You have to do that with any new wii remote, other than the one it comes with, from what I know. At least I've had to. It's not even a big deal. It takes all of a minute. If you don't know how, google how to sync a wii mote to a wii and nintendo will have a how-to guide on their website. It's really simple.
The only negative thing I can say about the remote is that I did NOT read anything about getting a miniature purple remote before I purchased this. (I did NOT get a purple mini remote) That doesn't really make any sense to me why the company would do this, and the only solution I can think to this s that it's a CERTAIN company these people are ordering from. I ordered mine from Dazzle Games, and it was exactly as pictured. Also, someone said that they used an actual Wii Mote pictured here, but they didn't. It is false advertising to give you a purple mini remote when they have this white one pictured, but this is the remote I received. It looks just like an actual wii remote without the logo.
- Reviewed in the United States on August 22, 2013This set is really worth the money for a spare controller or even a main controller (i just like to have the official controller as a main). Mine shipped fast and was wrapped in foam (not packaged in a box like retail) but it is a good quality controller. It looks exactly like the nintendo one (same shape, size, white color and everything.), and came with the nunchuck and a Gel sleeve protector. It synced right up with my Wii-U as Controller No.2 with no problems. And it seems to sense it just fine. For less than a third of the price as the official Nintendo controller+nunchuck I would say this is an excellent deal. I plan on buying another one.
- Reviewed in the United States on December 30, 2012Normally I am loathe to buy non-OEM (original equipment manufacturer) hardware, especially for video game consoles. I remember the NES and the Madcatz and other stuff you could buy for it, and that was when I learned my lesson and established my policy. However, this device looks and feels just like the real Nintendo ones that we have. As noted in other reviews there was some squirliness to syncing the Wiimotes; these white guys will sometimes not want to be "found" right away, or will squabble with the OEM ones for the "player 1" ID, but usually it is not a problem. I either reconnect on the "home-connect remotes" menu or I go stand by the console, press the wiimote red button under the case, and then press the similar red button by the SD card slot, and presto. I just can't bring myself to sell out 20-25% of the cost of the console for each remote. We play every day, are huge Just Dance 1-4 fans, and put these through their paces. This is being purchased to replace one that was stolen by leprechauns. We have 2 originals and 2 "replicas", and I can't tell the difference. Also nice: they fit in all of the steering wheels, hockey sticks, etc., as well as the originals. In terms of battery use, I say buy a monster pack of AA's when they go on sale at Menards or Home Depot for $5. I've never seen rechargeables do as many cycles as I get from my giant 48 battery blister packs.
