Is it leak proof that it can go on a kids backpack? Flip top tha encloses the straw?

Yes the plastic is BPA free....I have purchased 4 of these for gifts....well 5, one for me (52 yrs) as it's my portion control at night. :)

My grandson kept begging me for the SNACKEEZ. It was Christmas and I could not find it in Walmart, Walgreens, CVS and at any other name brand stores. He wanted to take it to school. I had to order it on line from Walmart. When it arrived he was so excited. He has used it every day since then. It saves me on extra dishes or using baggies. It is a money saver and he will sure get his money's worth for sure. Thank you for your fast service and affordable item. Being sold out in all the Major stores told me that it must be a excellent item to have for my grandson.

Bought 3 for my 3 boys! They take them everywhere. Very handy! Ten bucks, can't beat it:) highly recommend. Durable as well.

Kids LOVE them!!

I have purchased many (one for self, portion control at night) for gifts. I find the lid to the cups and hole where the straw inserts through tight however, this is a great thing. No leaks. The lids are not so tight for a child to have a problem open and when it closes, you can hear the snap indicating closed tight. The grip is silicone and nice. The plastic is BPA free (all the ones I purchased) and twisting off the cup is not a problem. I tested all of them and I am a 52 yr old with weak hands. Of course, remember this is a plastic cup so if it's thrown around or continuously dropped on floor or ground it will crack eventually like any other. Mines came with the straw caps but i opted to remove them as they are small pcs but now I see they are sold without them on it for safety reason. Again, this is a great practical gift, cool colors and a conversation starter. It truly works. I wash by hand and I was ok with the price. Kids will love it.

Love the product but when ordering through walmart"com they don't give you choice for colors and they sent pink when I wanted green or blue.

Good for 5 yr olds

My granddaughter got it as a stucking stuffer and was super happy because it was on her Christmas list. I was skeptical because products don't always work "As Seen On TV". As a test, she put water in it and popcorn in the snack holder. She then tipped it over and the water didn't spill out and the popcorn remained in the snack holder. I was surprised because there's a straw in the cup and I was sure it would spill out, but it didn't. This product has my approval and is welcome in my living room.

Very useful!!

I have been wanting a Snackeez since I saw the infomercial. As a college student, I typically carry a drink and snacks and to have both in the same place seemed like an obvious necessity. I bought a Snackees at a local Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market and immediately went home to wash and use it. I put in my water and snack and was pleasantly surprised. It fit almost a whole bottle of water and a few fistfuls of cereal. I went to take a sip of water and I was greeted by suction, almost the same way you get when you have a strawberry milkshake and whole chunk of strawberry sticks to the straw. I moved the straw and nothing helped. I then realized its because there is no vent. This is because it is "spill proof". I did the tip upside down check and no water came out (if you put your finger over the straw). the bowl lid is not as tight as I want it to be, but its good for walking around or hanging at the library for a while. Overall, I'm still glad I bought it!

I've been dying to have one, but...

This cup/snack holder is perfect for a 4 year old. My granddaughter is so happy with it. I don't think it's worth the price though. $10 is a bit pricy. I would have gotten it for nieces and nephews if it were cheaper.

My granddaughter loves it!

I was leery of purchasing through the Snackeez website as I had not seen great reviews on delivery times, but my grandaughter (5yo) really wanted this item and saved her own money to purchase it. I was very pleased with the lead time on delivery and the item is exactly as advertised. We have only used it once so far so I can't speak yet on durability, but it didn't leak and she loved it.

Made my Granddaughter happy

I just purchased the orange and green Snackeze cups at our local Walmart(Laurens, SC) for a road trip. While I love the idea and design of the cups we have a couple of issues. The lid for the snack portion of the orange cup was so tight my 6 year old couldn't open it. My husband I assumed that it was just because it was new so I attempted to open it. I could not get it open and let my husband try, he was not able to get it open either. He used so much force that the tab of the lid snapped off. I figured we could glue it back on so it wasn't a big deal. I finally managed to get it open after using my fingernail file along the pirameter of the lid and using a little hot water. So we're good to go, or so I thought. I washed both cups by hand in hot soapy water and in doing so (mind you the cups have not been used yet.) the plastic seals came off of both cups. Needless to say that now they both leak around the lip of the cup and now are unusable in my car which is the sole reason for my purchase. The fact that I spent $20.00 on two cups I cannot is more than slightly annoying.
