Not any ordinary size lightbulb.  This is a great little lamp, but once I found the “candelabra” lightbulb it called for ( 40 or 60 watt) , it was perfect!!

I bought this for my bathroom counter top. I wanted something small and rather simple in design. I have bright lights around the mirror for make-up and careful work. So I was looking for something like atmosphere/ mood lighting. This fits the bill well. It is exactly as described. It is quite fine for such a low price. I can keep 40 watts in it when I need it for general lighting. When I have overnight guests, I can change the bulb to a 7 1/2 watt to use it as a night light. In my opinion, a silver toned lamp like this would look better with a white cord. Pleased with purchase.

Cute Little Lamp

I like this little lamp but I had to put velcro on the bottom to keep ir ftom sliding around are falling over every time I went to yurn it on or off. works great on night stand. be aware it doesn't use regular bulbs

I am not sure why everyone is complaining that the lamp is so small, it literally lists the dimensions in the description!! Mine did come with a very small stain on the lamp shade, but I just turn that part towards my wall. I do like how you can keep it plugged in and it has a rocker switch on the cord to turn it on and off. Also for how small it is, it puts out a ton of light!!

Tiny but bright!

This lamp works out great for my small desk. My desk is only 3 feet wide and does not have much space with a 23" monitor on it. I needed a small lamp that would fit the little space remaining. This lamp is 5 inches wide with the shade and 10 1/2 inches tall. it is perfect for what I needed . The bulbs were a little difficult to find for a good price. I noticed everyone seems to want over 5 dollars to ship a light bulb. This lamp takes 40 watt B type Candelabra based bulbs. Something my local stores do not have in stock. After some searching I found a company that ships them for free. I would recommend buying a bunch of bulbs for the future since they seem to be uncommen around my neck of the woods anyway. I would buy this lamp again.

Perfect Desk Lamp

Well, I thought for almost $14 it would at least come with a bulb ? Having surgery next week and needed a replacement for bedroom.I have limited vision and wanted a simple lamp, I tried to purchase  the bulb and there are so many type B, I just gave up ! I really like the little lamp but there is no weight to the base and since it has the on/off switch on the cord it falls over easily .I can probably find something to add weight to the base but as I said I'm having surgery next week and need a replacement lamp for my old one that quit working. Looks like I will have to buy another lamp to get by until I recover . Like I said it's such a cute lamp , and love it's design (got it in red) just wasn't expecting to have to fix it up and buy bulbs . My bad on the bulbs though it does state that bulb is not included.

No weight in base, falls over easy

I bought it for my son's room, I didn't want anything too expensive. I thought it was going to be a regular sized lamp, it was extremely small, maybe for a baby's room. I can't bring it back so I guess I'm stuck with it. I might have to just throw it away! It's only about ten inches tall!

Too small, looks like it was made for a doll house

I thought it would be a tad bigger but it is not. I do like that its light weight but again disappointed it didnt have a light bulb or at least telling me it wouldnt have one
