We were very satisfied with our stay. Excellent hotel, with its own story and charm. Very friendly staff, they stand ready to answer any of our questions or assist when needed. The room was spacious, with an amazing view to the sea and rocks, a well-equipped with everything you need. The breakfast was delicious and good. Having said that our favourite was the buffet dinner that comes for a reasonable price and a wide choice of food and drinks, highly recommend. Sorry that staying was too short to enjoy SPA treatment. There are pools and some indoor playground activities for children, too. This is a place where you can relax and enjoy your holidays. Location is perfect, particularly in case you stay in the northen part of Malta or would like to visit Gozo as the ferry terminal is very close as well as bus stop is just in front of the hotel.

Dinners were very good. In addition, drinks ( including beer and wine) were available for dinner. The indoor pool needs renovation but it was clean and the water was warm. The room was very large and comfortable for a family of 4, beautiful view of the bay from the balcony. Rooms cleaned daily and towels were also changed daily. Overall impressions very positive.

Breakfasts were very good. Very close to local buses and for the ferry to Gozo, which was why we chose this location. Their front reception staff can be abrupt, their food & beverage staff were very pleasant as were their housekeeping staff.

Great room with an amazing view of the sea & pool area - very spacious & clean, with daily housekeeping. The food was good with plenty of choice for breakfast & evening meal. All staff seemed to work hard & were always friendly & helpful. Hotel is right next to the ferry terminal for Gozo & you can get trips to the Blue Lagoon from there. Buses stop right outside so there's easy access to other parts of Malta including Valletta & Mdina. Hotel had a nice feel & we enjoyed our stay.

This is a nice hotel located close to the ferry terminal. We stayed here four nights spending mornings in the indoor pool and afternoons with sightseeing (by car). We liked the facilities, the personnel, the views. Frankly speaking, we hesitated before booking after having read all the negative reviews. However, we don't understand why people are complaining. The food was good and fresh too. As we arrived we got a room on the 2and floor and we asked to change. We could have a look at the room before changing. The staff was polite and attentive. All in all, we highly recommend this hotel for a stay.

The hotel common area was very nice and modern, with the shared tv, the furnitures, the bar and the pool. The room was clean, and nice, close to the ferry. In the room we had a little coffee corner and a nice bath.
