What’s New
Version 4.4.3
Version 4.4.3 of the Air Transat application introduces a proof of concept aimed at exploring the use of artificial intelligence (AI) for content generation. Customers who have added a flight to the app will be presented with useful information about their destination city. The feature is initially deployed for about ten cities, with others being added gradually afterward.
Please continue to share your comments with us via the App Feedback section of the More menu. This will allow us to quickly adjust as needed or follow up with you on a specific case.

Perfect flights
I’ve flown with Air Transat twice in the last 9 years and I’m using the airline again this July 2024. On all occasions I’ve flown from Manchester to Toronto to see my wife’s family. Air Transat have 2 seats together on most flights and that’s what we prefer. The on board staff are very friendly and helpful. And I won’t use anyone else. 10 out of 10 service.

The ladies on today eliminated the stress for us as we didn’t have the up to date eta for a new passport for Canada.
They helped us to fill in a form and very thankfully got the required paperwork emailed to us.
This was at Gatwick this morning !

Showed declined payments then took money 3 x times
Not having a great start with this app. I tried to book seats using both my debit and credit cards and both said payment failed. As this was very strange I ended up calling Airtransat directly and booking this on the phone. I then learn this morning that 3 out of the 4 attempts did actually go through so now I am going to have to chase airtransat for £300 which has been taken from my debit account. 🥲 hope they can get this sorted and refunded asap 🤞
