Will this one harm laminate floors?  I have laminate throughout my house but also have a lot of dog hair to pick up

The D3 will keep will it's schedule if it is disconnected from the App or your mobile device, but it will not keep it's schedule if it is disconnected from the internet.

Neato Botvac D-3

Love this straight mines and the Wi-Fi on my phone for starting the robot

This is a great vacuum.  Our first Neato finally died and we tried another brand but returned it almost immediately. We are a Neato family.  The price at Walmart was the best and delivery was quick.

Love my Neato

I now have 3 Neato D3 robot vacuums. I was so impressed by the advanced capabilities of this comparatively inexpensive devices I bought 2 more for the additional floors of our home. It's ability to map a floor and remember it works very well. I have also used the "Keep Out" feature once a map is created to prevent the vac from going where it will get stuck. This was very useful at Christmas time as I created a keep out area around the tree. I did purchase the extended warranty because my previous experience the industry leader proved they do not last a long time with weekly use. I was proven right when after 10 months of 3 times a week usage one of the vacs stopped working. A call to Neato support led to a 10 minute diagnostics session. They determined the unit was broke (laser stopped rotating) and sent me a shipping label. I had saved the box (always do this) and dropped it off with FedEx. A week later I had my vac back fixed and working again. Keep in mind this was under the Neato 12 month warranty not the extended warranty. I will report back on that if I use it.
   This is their entry level model without a side brush but I do not feel I needed anything more and at such a lower cost I was able to buy 3 for the price of a fancier model from another manufacturer that would not have all the same features. I did buy better dirt filters and I always put a layer of single ply toilet paper over it before I reinstall it after emptying the dust bin. This makes clean up easy and I have not had to replace any filters in almost a year. I am very happy with product and the company and if my wife would let me I just might buy another one.

Best Robot Vacuum Ever, service is also excellent

I can't believe the amount of dog hair it picks up. Each room it cleans I clean out the dustbin. I love to just let it run around and clean. I have yet to get it to link to my phone and be able to program it. My daughter is going to help me with it when she gets home. I can still just set it in a room to clean. I think I need two once I can program it so one for upstairs and one for downstairs.

Great robot vacuum!

It's ok. I still like the ones you program right on the sweeper itself. This one replaces a XV model that I've had for years. It does a great job sweeping and the dust bin is larger than older models.

Does a great job

Powerful suction. Noisy even at lowest setting. Missing side brush feature marginally affects edge cleaning. Unaffected by dark floors/carpet. Not feature rich but effective cleaning.

Good entry level lidar mapping robot vacuum.

I have only had the vacuum a few weeks and it cleans small areas well but needs to recharge often  and that takes time. The filter is pretty flimsy- thin plastic and not much filter.
I bought the premium filters and switched it out.
The robot can get stuck under furniture-- a sofa, and my cabinet doors. So, I have to watch the bot  so, it doesn't the top portion doesn't get crushed.
I hope it lasts.  It was inexpensive and this model reflects that.

Inexpensive vaccum for small areas

Works great if you have no furniture or walls.
Constantly hangs up on furniture or trying to climb baseboard having to move and reset every few minutes....

Pricey piece of junk

Didn't last more than a couple of months. Should have returned it.
