It would have been nice to get the pieces either a lid that wasn't broken for the 9'13 pan

Lid was broken when it was delivered

I just received this set of bakeware today, and haven't even used them.  Unfortunately the lid for the large dish has a crack.  I bought this set because of the lids. 
Now I read more customer reviews,  and realized many other reviewers mentioned this cracked/torn lid issue too.  I wonder if this is a manufacturing issue.  The packaging is very strong and the outside box is totally perfect. I don't think it is the delivery damage.   
It is too much inconvenience to return or exchange.  The baking dishes seem good. I wish Wal-Mart or Pyrex can send me a replacement lid, but customer service said they can't do that.  The could be a very good purchase, unfortunately ruined by the  cracked lid.

Cracked Lid for this brand new set of bakeware

Great price!  …. But maybe because they are defective, 
The first set had cracked lids, the set developed glass bubble after being in the microwave for about 10 minutes. 
Later,  I placed it in the dishwasher from fridge, and it cracked!  There was glass all over my dishwasher. No, there was no drastic change in temperature,  no dishwasher start.  
I was waiting to fill the dishwasher before starting the cycle, I looked in and the Pyrex was shattered.

Where's the real Pyrex?

The lid is package under the pan and I think contributes to the lid arriving broken. Very disappointing, and a now will have to deal with a return. I see where they comment to contact at their website, but that brought me to a site to order products.

9x13 pan lids was broken.

Right out of the package the larger lid was broken. Material of lids feels cheap- is brittle plastic (unlike the nice rubber flexible lids from older purchase). Disappointed in product! This brand has always been reliable and lasting- until this purchase!

Broken cheaply made

This is our 2nd time ordering this. First time we bought in store, we unwrapped it and the 13x9 lid was cracked, the 2nd time we got it delivered and again the inside corner of the 13x9 lid is broke off. This is aggrivating when this is something you want %26 need. We'll take it back and get it somewhere else.

poor quality

They arrived fine but the tops on both were cracked.  Last night we were cooking our dinner in the big pan in the oven and it exploded/glass all over.  I had originally called Walmart and asked for a call back about the tops but never received a call.  See pictures below

Disappointed with product and customer service

One of the lids was badly damaged, and I couldn't get a replacement. Walmart should use stronger shipping boxes.
