Crane Drop Ultrasonic Cool Mist Humidifier - 1 Gallon

If I could give this zero stars, I would. I have bought four different ones, and every single one of them is broken after at least the first use. I used my newest one for one week and now there’s a stupid red light and it won’t work.

I had rated it 4 stars before but I had to change my rate. I’ve had it for less than a year and it’s broken. Won’t blow.

Awful. Leaks out the side and impossible to clean. For the price I expected a lot more. Pick something else and save your money

Got this humidifier to replace an old, smaller Crane that I’d had for 5 years. It’s decently quiet, and it does its job. I haven’t had any issues with mold (in this model OR the old one) like other reviews have mentioned. HOWEVER…this model a green light inside the tank that you can’t turn off. It’s also in a place where you can’t just cover it with something, or else the tank won’t fit properly. I end up having to get up during the night to unplug it because the light is affecting my sleep. So it humidifies, but at the end of the day I still end up with a nosebleed because I can’t sleep with this thing on.

Great at first. But Impossible to properly clean. Small hole to pour water in, and you can’t fully clean it. I soaked it in a vinegar/water mix and then also tried a bleach/water mix, and my fingers could still feel slime around the bottom of the tank. Also difficult to fill since the hole is in the bottom and you have to flip the wet tank over to remove it and fill it, getting drips everywhere.

Works great but leaks when it’s shut off. Completely ruined my nightstand. Not worth the money AT ALL

After one use with only distilled water the inside of the tank is riddled with mold

I purchased the pink one. Product Highlights say cord is detachable, which is not true, at least for the pink version. This is disappointing because detachable cord was a must have features for me.

Super disappointed in this product… I purchased this in April and by October, it no longer worked. When I took it into the store to return it, I was turned down for a return/even exchange/anything because it was after the 90 day window. Not worth what you pay for it! Prior to it not working, I had cleaned and filled it like normal and it emptied the entire reservoir in 8 hours. The dresser it was still on was soaked, it shorted the fan that was in the room and left the top of the rug soaked. It was almost like the apparatus failed that caused it to disperse into the air and just all fell in one small place. Not sure if any other users have had this experience, but I sure wish I knew this would’ve happened prior to purchasing it.

Works well but is impossible to clean. I would Not recommend due to not being able to clean easily.

Stopped working after very few uses. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY SOMETHING ELSE.

Worked a time or 2, both of them the power cord plug and female input underneath the item have become corroded within a few uses. The water seems to leak, especially the 2nd one it has soaked everything when it leaked all over. These are poorly made and have wasted my money on them. Not sure if there's counterfeit made or what but yes as others have said they won't even turn on now (guessing due to electric parts getting water soaking through and corroding them). Very frustrating.

Purchased twice both times it stopped working it just wouldn’t turn on anymore.

It worked for two days and just completely stopped working, no mist will come out. Bought this for my newborn who is congested and unfortunately do not have the time to go return. Buy another brand

Easily built a mold and never capable to clean.

Huge tank, great for large bedroom with vaulted ceiling

Easy yo assemble and clean. Works great for baby nursery. Especially helpful when baby has congestion.

Impossible to clean. Base of tank gets moldy and there is not way to clean it out.

Worked fine when it worked. Had it a month and won’t even turn on now.

This product works wonders when you're not feeling great. I was able to sleep better while being congested.
