  When I put these on, I can't wait to slap those plates on a bar put a tight grip on it. These have a more secure fit and the firm heel and firm lifts make them far better than the 6's, which had a slightly less secure fit, very soft heel and soft lifts, for weights. You have to break them in just slightly but they get better with every workout. I wish they had other colors again. Black/Black would be good as well as those Black/White ones that guy is wearing again or others. Definitely worth buying again!!!

  Always wanted to get a metcon but it was always way out of my budget luckily I got this one for a reasonable price, super durable super comfy very pleased with the shoe thanks nike !!!!
