DislikedI was charged double than what booking.com said The plugs were hanging off the wall the shower i could use as i think it would have come away from the wall

LikedThe only thing that I liked was the cleaning lady Zainab & the other staff at reception Salma.

DislikedThe entire place & particularly the owner whom I found very arrogant, non-caring, unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, indifferent & confrontational. There's filth everywhere & things are falling apart. No showerhead, toilet seat not attached as the screws are missing so one has to literally pick it up from the floor and put it on the toilet in order to sit on it. Holes on the wall and the wallpapers have peeled off so there's dust everywhereIf and your clothes keep getting dirty as a result of that. Cigarette smoking throughout the building and it's choking. Holes and stains all over the beds, the sheets and the pillowcases are all discolored as they're too old and too overused. The chairs & tables at the dining area so dirty so you have to put a piece of paper or cloth before g using them otherwise was your clothes get dirty & stained . Many things they're supposed to be thrown into the garbage they're all piled up. If you bring an issue to their attention the owner's attitude is that you pay so little here so stop complaining or go to a 5 star hotel if you're not happy. When I asked a male staff about toilet paper & soap he said you can get them at the market. Even if they pay me to stay there again I wouldn't stay there even for a night.
