Great value for a family sized mixer!

Great value for a family sized mixer!
This is a fantastic machine for bread making. It’s also good for mashed potatoes, large batch cupcakes or cakes. Note: I have 2 KitchenAid mixers, an Ankarsrum and this Nutrimill. Pros: Quickly brought together 7 cups of bread flour for smooth dough in less than 6 minutes. The lid makes adding ingredients easy and you can proof right in the bowl. Bosch Universal attachments work (not the ones that use the side hub). Easy to change the attachments if using a 1-bowl recipe. Quiet! It runs quieter than my KA Pro600 Easy clean up. Cons: the suction cup feet make it hard for me to get it in and out of the cabinet. They are strong! It keeps the mixer from walking when in use, but if you store it use a liner to get it in and out. The bowl is plastic. It’s not a horrible thing, but if you’re baking cakes and making colored frosting or mixes you may want to test to make sure it doesn’t stain. It also won’t stay cold so if you’re whipping merengue that’s a consideration. Tips: You are not going to use this for whipping 2 egg whites. The whisk attachment won’t reach that small amount of liquid. This is a big bowl. Don’t knead on high speed.

I baked the largest bread recipe in the nutri
mill cookbook and gave a loaf to a friend who runs a care and respite for Senior ‘s. She asked me if I was for hire the bread was out of this world and she was certain her clients would love having my bread.
Now that’s a ten star ⭐️ Plus rating for NutriMill and their recipe. Also my hands are useless for many chores because of Arthritis so this beautiful Dough Mixer has saved me from much pain and dropsey’s. I love that it’s mostly quiet when mixing the largest dough recipe ( 6loaves) for bread and this recipe can be also used for several other breads pizza cinnamon rolls etc. one delightful recipe for all your doughs. This NutriMill
mixer is so easy to load up your flour, yeasts, etc. with the lid which opens easily for adding those and closes so you won’t accidentally get puffed with flour in the face. It doesn’t take long for the flour mixture to pull away from the bowl and wala your done. Lift the dough hook up and the dough falls right off onto your pastry board. There may be a very small bit of dough to pull off from the hook but that’s all. I haven’t used this for any other recipes with the whisk which came with with it yet.
I can only say as an 82 year old lady that I wish I’d had this long ago. You will jump for joy when it arrives at your home if you order it you won’t be disappointed.
I’m so happy with my NutriMill. Plus it’s less expensive than the other machine and it uses most of the attachments that the other more expensive machine uses. Yippee!!

I have owned this mixer for about 2 weeks and I love it! I've made multiple batches of bread, cookies, and mashed potatoes. 0 problems, 0 complaints. This was a huge upgrade from my 12-year-old, 4qt, 275 watt Kitchenaid.
I wanted a Bosch mixer for a long time, but could never afford or justify the price tag. Then I found the Nutrimill Artiste. The price was appealing, but I worried I'd be settling for less than the best. I waited. I thought about it. I looked for reviews and didn't find many. After not thinking about mixers for a while, I looked up the Artiste again and realized I'd prefer it to the Bosch for these reasons:
-Smaller footprint without the blender attachment spot, which I didn't need.
-Metal whip driver comes standard, the Bosch comes with a plastic driver.
-Dough hook has the extension built in, Bosch needs it added on.
-6 speed settings, instead of 4
-The splash cover seems easier to add ingredients, you pour in to the side instead of directly on the center.
Overall I just love this mixer! You won't regret saving $200ish over the Bosch!

    Update 5/2021
One year later, I’m still in love! It’s given me no problems. Performs so well!

I’m Among the unlucky one this time: the Nutrimill mixer I purchased was NOT able to form a dough, I tried 3 times and got 3 doughs to hand knead my self. (I followed the directions to the letter! ). I used to own a kitchenaid stand mixer for about 15-20 years, so this time I thought to get a different one for Nutrimill good reputation, well, I can’t say the product not good, I think I am one out of thousands who is unlucky for a change. No complaints. Frustrated and sad. I wrote to Nutrimill a few days ago but apparently the “message assistant “ didn’t forward my message to a real person. Still, I like Nutrimill. I’m just not confident enough to get any new stand mixer.

After trying to use my KitchenAid mixer to make bread I realized that is simply didn't have enough umph to get the job done. (kept tripping the breakers because the unit was trying to work so hard).
NOT with this one! We started grinding our own flour, so working with whole grain really puts a mixer to the test. The NutraMill passes all the tests without even breaking a sweat.
Really pleased with the machine as well as the optional accessory attachments.
Love the mixer and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to make their own bread (or any other stiff dough)

Most important is to not continue with the wire beaters past creaming butter/sugar/adding eggs/ some of flour... especially do not add nuts or too thick of a mixture. (The Solution is to switch to the large stir rods for kneading and use with thick mixers. Great machine! Just respect the whip beaters and do not mix difficult or heavy batters. PS Buy the cookie/cake paddles. :)
