Having never seen this band but a listener of their music long ago and through the decades, one does not know what to expect. As the group enters the stage the age is apparent and one wonders- do they have it? But never let appearance fool you- these guys have a few years on you but man they still have it. The energy and endurance to perform 90 minutes without stopping the great music they have perfected over the years was outstanding. Hearing and seeing the performers was everything one would want from a concert like this.
We enjoyed the show quite a bit. The music was great. I'm not big with sing-a-longs so the encore I Just Want To Celebrate would have been better without the audience participation, but I guess some people like that stuff. I'd rather hear the band.
they sounded pretty good jammed together very well played a lot of the songs i wanted to hear not to bad after forty one years since the first time i saw them
Absolutely excellent musicianship and superb energy! Loved every second of every old song!
Drove all the way to Akron to find the show had been postponed. No prior warning or announcements. Still haven't heard anything about rescheduling
We didnt get to see the show because when we got there , their was a note on the door that the concert was CANCELLED !!!!!! I didnt see anyone else so we must have been the only idiotsthat weren't notified !!!!
The Rare Earth concert was pretty good. The Bright house amphitheater is an excellent venue. However the band seemed a bit lethargic .i don't blame them since the temp. was 108 degrees. Dispite this Rare Earth pulled off a memorable performance. They certainly did not disappoint !!
The concert was short, although it was good. The band sounded great, but they could of had more music.
FELT LIKE IT WAS 1970 AGAIN. I SAW THEM AT THE GARDEN OPEN FOR SLY AND THE FAMILY STONE.
