Millstone Crafted specializes in handcrafted gifts and wedding favors, including Wedding favor seed packets and Baby Shower seed packets. We also have Wedding and Baby Shower invitations and Remembrance seed packets. We can't wait to make something special just for you! As of December 1, 2021 we are only shipping to Canada and the United States. Covid-19 has made shipping internationally very difficult and we don't want to stress you out wondering if your order will arrive in time. Thank you for your understanding.

Custom and personalized orders
We LOVE custom orders because it means we get to exercise our creative muscles. All of our favors and invitations can be personalized to fit the look and feel of your special event. WHEN A PROOF HAS BEEN APPROVED, THAT IS HOW IT WILL BE PRINTED. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK FOR SPELLING AND ACCURACY.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom or personalized orders.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address. If returned due to incorrect address information, we are not responsible for the shipping. A new shipping fee will be billed in order to re-ship the packages.
If your order arrives with damaged or missing items, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery. After 3 days, there will be no replacements or refunds. Proof of damages (via photos of damages to product and box shipped) is required to receive a replacement or refund. All packages are insured, and a claim will be made with the shipping company.
