weighs more
250g is a myth. It weighs 280g without pumpsack, pouch and repair kit. Including these it weighs 340g (minimum).

Leaked on first use
Leaked on first use and very noisy. Had it repaired at my own cost, but never used it again. Too unreliable to go with it on a treck

Way to fragile - absolutely unreliable
This is now the third (!) time that I get a new pad from my local dealer. I am sick of it - you can not rely on it. Weight and pack size is outstanding but it does not help if it always fails/breaks after two or three nights. I can just warn people to go on a longer trail with only this pad. On three trails now I got really bad nights after this thing quit doing what it is supposed to do. Will now sell the third new one immediately on ebay!

NeoAir UberLight
I used the NeoAir UberLight small on my JOGLE, 2000km walk from John o'Groats to Lands End in England. First of all, I love this mat, despite all the problems I've had. The thermal performance was very good and the weight is unbeatable anyway. After two days, the inner chambers burst, I was able to save myself a head cushion. After a week I had to pump once a night, which increased up to seven times a night in the following weeks. After six weeks I had to exchange it for another one.

Leaks like a strainer
No good. leaks are so small and hard to find had to use a water spray bottle to find. Painful experience. These need to be recalled and refunded. Outrageous. Look elsewhere for your sleeping pad

Really nice light weight pad for the summer
I love this pad for summer time use. It's extremely lightweight which is the reason i purchased it. It's also quite comfortable for being so light. Not to be used on snow but it's great for the summers in the PNW.

The pads just keep getting better!
The combination of comfort and light weight of my new UberLite sleeping pad is unbeatable! I've used ThermaRest pads since the company first built them in the late 1970s or early 1980s (don't remember the exact date). This is by far the best offering yet for summer backpacking! It is pricey, but that seems to be the way of the modern world. . . My only regret is that I can no longer replace my 3/4-length NeoAir pad, a warmer pad for winter expeditions here in Alaska. Cascade Designs no longer makes this pad in 3/4-length size. I'm 6'2" and I have never felt the need for a long pad--it's just more weight and bulk. Extra clothes go under my head as a pillow, and my empty backpack and other gear go under my feet. I will just have to keep patching my 10-year-old NeoAir for winter, and I will greatly enjoy my new UberLite for summer backpacking and climbing, etc.

Way to fragile
I used my Uberlight on two trips this summer. On the second trip to the swedish mountains multiple leaks occurred. First leaks was around the valve most likely caused by attaching the pump sack to the valve. I tried to repair them in field but without stopping the mattress from leaking. For the entire trip I had to blow it up several time every night and still waking up on the floor af the tent. When I returned home I glued the holes around the valve with aquaseal but as it still leaked I found another leak on the side (which I also glued). As it still loosing air I suspect there is another leak somewhere. I used it for about 10 nights with a thin form math under and I didn't expect so much problems. Also the glue around the baffles sections is starting to slip - not critical jet but stll very alarming. I like the idea about a 250 g sleeping matress but this is way to fragile. It is not a product to be trusted :-(
