Hostess was very professional and polite. Enjoyed the great atmosphere, great food, and decent service.

Nice evening with four others. Food was great, specialty drinks were nice size and refreshing, and service was wonderful! Delighted to have such consistency in all categories for our area now.

Some friends and I were staying up there for the weekend and our host recommended this place. Everyone was kind of on the fence but honestly it was worth it, we had a great time! Asia, our server was great. She gave is some great recommendations. FYI. The short rib was great. Kudos to the kitchen. We are definitely going back next time we are up there.

The martini I ordered was excellent, the food was terrific but rather expensive, so... great food and great drinks, but the service needs some direction. At the prices, please get it right. Problem is, they have very little competition. But it's nice someone is trying to offer "fine" dining in the Hiawassee area.

My family threw a surprise birthday party and everything was perfect from the accommodations to the staff to the food. Highly recommend.

Love this place. Great atmosphere. Dakota at the bar is superb. Love Marsha, Mariah and Josh as well. Eric, the new manager, was one of our favorites at Marina Station. So glad he's manning this ship! The shrimp pappardelle and the steaks are a 5/5, the wedge is incredible...the best green goddess dressing ever. I am a tough critic. This place is strong.

We really enjoyed the evening at the Oaks Lakeside Kitchen. The food was great, the atmosphere was calm with a nice view of the lake, and service was very good. As my grandfather used to say, "You get what you pay for"... It wasn't cheap, but worth every dollar.

Had the short ribs, blood orange margarita and the bread pudding- all were delicious and our server was great!

This is more of a 3.5... better than OK but not quite good. We were staying in a nearby resort and came here mostly because we were looking to leave the property and this was one of the only (if not the only) dinner option on a Sunday night. There was conflicting information about whether it was even open, and when I called the number, the resort answered and couldn't give me a definitive answer. The restaurant is freestanding so you don't have to trek through the resort in order to enter, which was nice (it had its own parking lot). We were among the only patrons there and were offered to sit wherever we wanted. The restaurant itself was beautiful and well-decorated. We had a great server and the hostess was also very nice. We were offered an amuse bouche which was nice but not really necessary and also wasn't anything out of this world special. We split the fried green tomato appetizer and the short rib dinner. The latter was outstanding. Really well prepared, probably among the best I've ever had. The dessert was super disappointing... we ordered the chocolate lava cake and instead of the lava oozing from inside, it looked like a pre-baked, small bundt shaped cake that was heated up in the microwave with a squirt of chocolate sauce in the center. Nevertheless, we were still grateful to have found a gem in the area and I bet it's beautiful during the day with the lakeside view.

Excellent food and service. Great environment, relaxing, quiet . Great place to meet friends.
