This is the second one I have purchased. My first one was purchased over 5 yrs ago and is still preforming wonderfully. I had to submit my first one for a warranty issue. Works well with some minor drawbacks.
Great little vaccum, works great on rugs and bare floors, using the crevice tool you really kind of need need the battery draianing turbo-high power setting. Charge is 20 minutes or less of vacuuming, and recharge takes about 1.5 hours. That is a bit of a pain, but for someone who was using shop-vacs to do his house vacuuming, this is a godsend. I've only had the vacuum for about a week, but so far love it. Like the description and other reviews say, the battery life is very short, but I anticipated this. The only other fault with this vacuum is you have to hold down the button while its in use, but its in the handle so that's really not a problem. It's definitely expensive but worth every penny. It's clear that this is a well designed product, everything from the packaging to the user manual to the device itself is very carefully put together. It's easy to use and to empty. The battery life is a bit short at 20 minutes, but I live in a studio apartment and don't really need it to last much longer than that. Love this vacuum
I had a smaller version for several years and decided I'd never go back to a plug in vacuum. Couldn't resist the great price on the flash sale and purchased this larger version. So glad I did. It's not any heavier yet it's larger, covers a larger area, the suction is better, it stays charged longer and it came with the docking station, which was a huge surprise.
