This leaves an obvious gel mark around blemish. It stung a little, but the mark makes it look more obvious around the pimple.Just Wow

I think this is a fairly effective spot treatment. I really like the combination of ingredients because the salicylic acid and tea tree work on the active blemish and the Niacinamide works in a sort of preventative way. The product is also not overly drying like some other blemish treatments can be.Acne improved

I bought this on half price and would not pay more than that for this product. for me i found that it works but very very slowly so i can't tell if its the product working or my skin healing itself. Doesn't really help with sore pimples that are under the skin except a slight cooling tension sensation at first application. I found this product has been wonderful at controlling pimples that are just under the skin in early stages of development. However, once a blemish became red and swollen this product didn't do much. I don't find this product to be effective. The Alpha-H Liquid Gold works a treat for me on pimples that are coming up or already there, so I got this thinking it would be even better (and cheaper). But I haven't found it does anything really.... Three stars is probably generous. I'm sticking with the Liquid Gold for any acne in the future.sample

It is a clear gel that is absorbed into the skin almost immediately and does not leave your skin feeling dry or sticky. Much much better than other AHA or BHA based blemish control products.Highly Recommend

I bought this on a whim, wanting something to help control some angry break outs. It works well and quickly to take the edge of a pimple, reducing it from the angry painful level very quickly. I’ve also had success on stubborn blind pimples, going away after only a few nights of use. It’s a great help with the random pimple or more stubborn consistent breakouts.Does the job!

This is such an old fashioned method of dealing with spots, it completely dries out the area and you are left with a big dark spot. I much prefer a pimple patch anyday. Maybe would work on some with oily skin, but you do not want to apply this to your tzone as a preventative.Amazing

This is my first spot on treatment. It's ok. Doesn't get rid of my pimples though. After a week or so the pimples go down when normally they stay red. So it does work but it takes some time to get them gone. I won't repurchase and I will try a different brand. If you have little spots this would work really well. I love this product! When ever I have a spot come up, I dab on a bit of this and its gone the next day without drying out my skin! I don't have acne prone skin, nor do I get blemishes very often, so I think thats probably important to note - so if your skin sounds like mine, then I highly recommend!
