The new Verizon Equipment is great. I love the new technology, although I wish that Verizon would bring the caller id feature back which was awesome to have. You could see who was calling your home right from the tv screen.

I was notified by email that my previous equipment would "not be compatible" with new system so I was sent these boxes for all my tvs. Well!- I had to buy a new TV for one bedroom because the model was not compatible and now it appears one other tv setup has my rebooting this worthless box at least three times a week! I refuse to replace a perfectly good tv because this "new and improved" equipment is crap.

Remote Number pad, Channel up/down, Guide buttons do not work

I recently purchased a Stream TV box from Verizon, and went through the setup wizard. I am a FIOS TV channel subscriber. After I downloaded the FIOS TV application, and laundhed; seems the device is missing the proper remote mappings as it does not allow for channel entry, channel up / down & the Guide button returns to main Android TV screen exiting the app! Please help, these minor gaps prevent this from being an excellent device!

Not necessary to purchase. Firesticks are way better.

You would think the Verizon Stream TV would come with the FIOS TV app already on it. Nope. After owning numerous Firesticks, this is unecessary. It was also more difficult to set up.

I HAD to buy this device because their WiFi makes using a ROKU device impossible. But my remote had stopped connecting and the steps to try and ‘reconnect’ does not work and there’s nowhere to get a new one and support is useless. Seriously considering ditching Verizon at this point - hello Spectrum?…

Remote for this thing glitches all the time, trying to get support to help me reboot is a hassle, the forum that verizon offers for troubleshooting gives a link for replacing the remote the agents act like they don't sell this device at all.

I have a sound bar hooked up to my tv but now the sound is very low despite being maxed while using the streaming box. I tested the sound bar with streaming music from my phone and it’s much louder. Am I missing a setting for this?
