This is a listing for a hand painted watercolor digital painting of your house delivered as a digital file.
Please attach a picture of your house that you would like to be painted. Once painted, it will be scanned at 300DPI, edited, and saved as jpg file so you can be printed professionally or at home.
I normally paint on A4 format, that can be enlarged as required. If you know what size you are going to print on please send me sizes in convo so I can resize to you requested requirements.

PROCESS:
-after purchasing the listing, please use messaging system to upload your photo/s and personalization, eg house number and address, etc. In case of problems with upload please email photos to hello [!at] shaykoo.com
-I will submit the sketch of the house for your review, where changes can be applied if required,
-Once you are happy with sketch, I will paint it in watercolor,
-Then painting will be scanned, edited and saved in required file formats and delivered as a digital file.

DISCLAIMER:

The picture is painted by hand and it the colors, and shapes might slightly differ from the photograph, due to screen, printers, and scanners differences.
If I notice that the house has distorted angles on your photograph (which is common issue with camera's lenses), I might advise on correcting it before my work has started.

Please note that although delivery is digital, this will be hand painted item, unlike some products available on the market that are digitally enhanced photographs and work that goes into the picture is more than just applying some filters from available software.
Please note that digital download available upon the purchase is an example of what you will receive once I paint your house. Your house file will be larger than an example picture attached to this listing.

I reserve rights to use watercolor images for marketing purposes such as this listing, but not limited. If there is any identifiable information in the painting I will make sure that it is removed, eg names, streets names or houses numbers, etc.
