Scheduled Delivery
Order online and have your items delivered from a local Home Depot store by a vehicle that will accommodate your order. There is an option to select an available delivery date/time.
How Does It Work?
- Start by building your Shopping Cart. Select items for Scheduled Delivery and check availability for the delivery ZIP code.
- During Checkout, choose an available delivery date and time window from the scheduling calendar.
- Place your order. Your items will arrive during the delivery window selected.
How Much Does Delivery Cost?
The delivery fee will vary based on the size and weight of your order and any additional options selected such as speed of delivery. Your final price will be based on the delivery options you select at Checkout.
- Standard service includes an All-Day time window on the date of your choosing. Items will be delivered to an area outside the residence or job site. Oversized parcels, LTL and some home deliveries, such as threshold and room of choice deliveries, may incur additional delivery charges.
- For Same-Day and Next-Day deliveries, an additional delivery cost may be incurred. Same-Day delivery is available on select in-stock, store items only. Same-Day delivery is available only from stores, in a limited store delivery radius, in limited locations nationwide.
- For scheduled deliveries, 2-hour and 4-hour time windows and Threshold delivery services are available in limited areas for an additional cost.
What Service Levels are Available?
Standard Delivery:
Service includes delivery to area outside the house which is accessible by delivery equipment.
Threshold Delivery:
Service includes delivery across your first doorway or threshold (i.e. garage, backyard, deck, first room of the home).
Can I Track My Order?
On the day of delivery, you can view your estimated arrival time in My Account. Your driver will also call you 30 minutes prior to arrival. If you are unable to receive your items in person, you can choose to have the delivery left unattended during Checkout (Outside Delivery service only).
