There are no settings available to fix this either on the headphones themselves or on the Sony headphones app. As soon as you make a call, there is a static sound in the background and your voice can sound echoed to the listener. If you google this, it's a common problem with the WH-1000XM3s. Searched around on internet for a fix but it appears that it's a common issue that is only repairable by changing the entire pair of headphones. Anyway, I would be glad if somebody had a quick fix for it before returning them and buying the bose 700 ( at least they work, I prefered the Sonys but... )

I was so upset because there amazing pair I brought a new one. 2 months later today I go to put the new pair on and hear a loud snap, the same part broke. Don't get me wrong these headphones are the best pair I had and I've gone through 8 different pairs of headphones but just disappointed on how easy they broke. I decided to super glue them because I don't have the money to get another pair.

Extremely comfortable sit on the head, very soft ear pads and comfortable headband, light-weight, work long in wireless mode. Perfect noise suppressor. What about cons - I would like to have an adapter for a full-fledged 1/4" Jack to use with an external sound card, but this one is not included in the box, and I cannot use the similar adapter from other ears, it does not fit, because the connector on Sony WH-1000XM2 is too short. As a conclusion: perfect headphones for each day wearing.

Sure it was weird to have touch controls, but in a day, I have gotten really used to it. Touch control can be a little bit too over-sensitive at times, but it still is an incredible technology to feature in headphones. These are the headphones to buy if you're looking for the innovations and the noise cancellation.

Even though I used them in a proper and kind manner since purchase, the left side of headband cracked. Cracking is SERIOUS issue seen in previous models, and my Wh-1000XM2 was no exception. Buyer Beware!
