When mixed with just water/milk/mylk it just doesn't dissolve all the way. It's bearable to just drink it down and get the job done for added protein at breakfast. It's definitely more enjoyable as a smoothie with things like banana and avocado to add a creamy texture. Made protein pancakes with it and those were good. Seems relatively sweet already so beware of adding really ripe bananas or dates. Not my fave, on the fence about re-ordering.
