These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by entering The Competition, you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

• Promoter: Vesey UK Limited, Hastingwood Business Park, Wood Lane, Birmingham. B24 9QR.
• Eligibility: This promotion is open to all UK Mainland residents (England, Scotland and Wales) aged over 16 years ("Participants").
• Promotional Period: The promotion is open between 01.07.2018 to 31.10.2018 23:59:59).
• Entry Instructions: Participants are required to fill in their details and indicate which competitions they want to be entered in to. Participants can only enter the competition once. Participants must subscribe to the Promoters Contact Permission to enter the competition and have the option to opt out at any point on the marketing material received. Participant who enters multiple times will be disqualified from the competition. Employees of the Promoter, along with their family and friends cannot enter the competition. Participants are required to submit their contact details and indicate which prizes they want to be in with a chance of winning between 01.07.2018 to 31.10.2018 23:59:59, using your legal name, home address, email address, and telephone number. The competition is only valid for participants with a UK Mainland address. Prizes will be announced by the 30.11.18 but are subject to approval verification. Entries received after the End Date 31.10.2018 will not be accepted by the Promoter.
• Prize Fund: The Prizes awarded to verified winners are: 1 x Nike football kit for your team with a maximum value of £500 excluding any personalisation; 1 x adidas football kit for your team with a maximum value of £500 excluding any personalisation; 1 x Mitre football kit for your team with a maximum value of £500 excluding any personalisation; 1 x Stanno football kit for your team with a maximum value of £500 excluding any personalisation; 1 x pair of Bazooka goals; 1 x pair of Samba 12ft x 6ft goals; and 1 x Nike Merlin football. Prizes must be claimed by 31.01.2019
• Winner Selection: 1 winner will be drawn randomly for each prize; any winner drawn that does not meet the criteria will be disqualified and redrawn.
• Winner Notification: Entrants will be notified by the 30.11.2018. All verified winners will be notified of their win by the email they provided. Should there be any consequential issues we will be in touch via email or phone call.
• General: The Promoter reserves the right to request such information as it considers reasonably necessary or desirable for the purpose of verifying the eligibility or validity of an entry and any prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification
• Each winner agrees to participate in any publicity or other such promotional activities which the Promoter may reasonably require in connection with the promotion and the Promoter shall have the right to use each winner's name, likeness, image, voice and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes in connection with the promotion in all media without further notice and without the need to make any payment to such a winner.
• The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose unless we have your consent. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with current data protection legislation.
